Our products, packaging, specifications, availability and distribution may vary by market.

  • Damages the Maple No.1 brand; or

  • Violates applicable trademark or unfair-competition laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

18. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and dispute-resolution procedures available in the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a mandatory statutory right, filing a complaint with a regulatory authority, or bringing a claim before a court or tribunal where applicable law gives you that right.

35. CONSUMER RIGHTS
